Firstly is to understand the business background and the products they sell. We define the business Marketing objectives in terms of what do they want to achieve; Sell more products? Create awareness about the product, awareness about their location etc.

Define and profile potential clients and their demographic data.

Conducting an online presence audit. Which online platforms do they have at the moment? And is there is need to create new ones, especially where they don’t have a presence. Platforms include website/blog (is it an eCommerce site or just a normal website).

This is where we produce reports from the campaigns to show the performance of the campaign and use the data to optimize the marketing campaign.
